Shangxiang Minmetals Inc. (SXMIN) has been a globally recognized supplier of specialty metals, chemicals, alloys, and finished metal products to the aerospace industry for several decades. The company has strategically grown its presence in the specialty metals sector through joint ventures with leading miners, smelters, and fabricators in China, as well as partnerships with major superalloy manufacturers, miners, and trading houses across North and South America, Japan, Korea, and Europe.SXMIN represents leading Molybdenum and Rhenium and its finished product manufacturers in China, sourcing raw materials for a diverse range of industries including aerospace, oil and gas, semiconductors, medical technology, and green hydrogen. The company also represents major rhenium and molybdenum producers, marketing their products throughout Greater China and promoting the adoption of these metals across emerging and evolving technology sectors.
In recent years, SXMIN has expanded into the green hydrogen energy sector, developing non-PGM-based catalysts for use in electrolyzes and fuel cells. As part of this initiative, SXMIN holds an exclusive marketing and sales agreement with Hygreen Energy, one of the world's largest alkaline electrolyze manufacturers, based in Beijing, China, to serve the global nonferrous metals and mining industry.
SXMIN has also been appointed as the sales agent for Hunan Jumper Technology, based in Changsha, China, representing its most advanced AI + X-ray + multi-energy spectrum ore presorting systems for the mining industry; a sector in which SXMIN has deep expertise.
Underpinning all of its activities, SXMIN operates a full-cycle, technology-driven business model encompassing every stage of the value chain, from mining and smelting to fabrication, finished products, end-use applications, and recycling.
A member of the International Molybdenum Association since 1992, SXMIN maintains offices in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Changsha and Hong Kong. SXMIN is also a proud Impact Supporter of the World's Deepest Marathon took place on Oct 25, 2025, in the Garpenberg zinc mine in Sweden.

Conflict Materials Statement
Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, adopted by the SEC in 2012, requires companies to disclose information regarding use of conflict minerals that originate in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and other conflict areas.
Shangxiang Minmetals Inc. has taken all measures and actions since the law published in force to make sure the company is of business free from any conflict materials that originate in DRC and other conflict areas.
We have taken strict controls including:
- Conducting our standard "Country of Origin" inquiry with our global supply base as part of our conflict minerals due diligence process.
- Including a contractual clause related to conflict minerals in supplier contracts as part of our standard Terms and Conditions.
- Requiring, in strict conformity with our Supplier Standards of Business Conduct, our suppliers and vendors to comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding conflict minerals.
SXMIN appreciates our suppliers and vendors for their compliances to the laws and regulations regarding conflict materials presently in force and any new laws and rules possibly will be implemented in the future.
